- If your email address has changed, you can contact that Registrar by phone/email and request your domain name password
- Under auDA policy, that Registrar must send you the password within 3 days otherwise they risk losing their accreditation, assuming you follow their reasonable requests for proof of identity
Top level domains (.COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ, .INFO etc.)
- Click here and use the WHOIS lookup tool
- Search for your domain name registration details (WhoIs Searcch) by entering the domain name in question and click 'GO'
- Find the information described as "Registrar name", or "Registrar of Record"
- Contact this company, requesting your password.
